PrimeRevenue's leadership team brings a strong base of knowledge and experience to the benefit of the customers they serve. Professional and industry backgrounds represented include supply chain solutions/services, financial advisory and consulting services, software development and management, payment delivery systems, and legal services.

PJ Bain
CEO

Since being appointed Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of PrimeRevenue in July of 2009, PJ Bain is responsible for the company's overall corporate direction and performance and has built a solid record of success with eight (8) straight quarters of growth and profitability. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions, where he was the senior executive responsible for operations throughout North America and Latin America.

Prior to his tenure at Exact, Bain was founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an award winning, Atlanta-based, B2B software and services firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, and was later acquired by Exact. Bain also led numerous acquisitions, co-founded several successful technology companies, and served as interim CEO for technology companies in transition. His advisory services to software and technology companies have leveraged his expertise in corporate structure, capitalization and funding, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and go-to-market planning and execution.

Mr. Bain received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Nathan Feather
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Feather is responsible for all of the company’s finance functions, including financial planning, accounting, treasury, and taxation. Mr. Feather joined PrimeRevenue from Ariba, Inc., where he served as Director of Finance, responsible for New Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Feather began his career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Feather is a certified public accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

William H. MacPhail
Chief Information Officer

Mr. MacPhail is responsible for the development, delivery and operational management of PrimeRevenue's Supply Chain Finance technology platform. Mr. MacPhail brings over 20 years of experience in the payments transaction industry, principally with Global Payments and related companies. Mr. MacPhail received Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from Mississippi State University, as well as a Master of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eugene Buckley
VP Sales & General Manager, Asia-Pacific

Mr. Buckley is General Manager for PrimeRevenue’s Asia/Pacific region. PrimeRevenue welcomes Mr. Buckley back after serving as General Manager Global Customer Experience at Spendvision, where he was responsible for overseeing customer relationships across sales, account management, implementation, and customer service. Previously, Mr. Buckley spent time within the working capital and transactional divisions of  JP Morgan Chase and was seconded to establish and grow Chase Manhattan JV, Intelisys, in Australia. He was instrumental in the establishment and growth of Qvalent, a subsidiary of Westpac bank, delivering accounts receivable outsourcing and procurement solutions. Mr Buckley spent 4  years with Dow Jones Telerate, the financial data and services company prior  to which Mr Buckley established business in Australia providing network security, virus protection, and software duplication services.

Joseph C. Burke
Vice President, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Burke directs PrimeRevenue’s global marketing strategy, branding and communications. Burke brings over 25 years of international marketing and executive management experience to PrimeRevenue including 18 years in B2B and SaaS software startups as VP of Marketing, Sales or Operations. He has also served as VP of Marketing for Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), and has held founder and leadership roles in several successful software and service startups including Centerstone Software Inc., Constant Contact, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTCT), Netegrity Inc. (NASDAQ:NETE), and VMark, Inc. (NASDAQ:VMRK). Mr. Burke received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Temple University of Philadelphia.

Steve Gaylor
Vice President, Program Delivery

Mr. Gaylor is responsible for the delivery and management of PrimeRevenue’s Supply Chain Finance programs worldwide. Mr. Gaylor has over 20 years of experience implementing and managing e-commerce and B2B solutions including positions with Harbinger, Peregrine Systems, and Texas Instruments. A delegate to the United Nations Working Party for International Trade Facilitation, Mr. Gaylor participated in the development of the UN/EDIFACT trade data standard. Mr. Gaylor received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Steve Gordon
Vice President, Head of Delivery

Mr. Gordon is responsible for the delivery of PrimeRevenue’s products and services to customers and partners. Gordon has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Technology Sectors. In 2009 Gordon founded Capital Formation Partners to assist companies with their business development and capital formation efforts. In 2005, he became a Partner and Managing Director of Coral Capital Management, a venture and growth capital firm focused on later stage technology companies. Gordon led Magnet Communications to become the market-share leader for web-based cash management solutions and was eventually sold to Digital Insight (now Intuit) in 2003. Gordon graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Dan Juliano
Vice President, Business Development & Partnerships

Mr. Juliano joined PrimeRevenue in 2003, has held a variety of positions and currently is responsible for leading business development in the creation and management of  partnerships with PrimeRevenue, including managing new and existing funding partners.  Prior to joining PrimeRevenue Mr. Juliano worked for software companies bringing to market B2B solutions such as ERP and Supply Chain Management, eProcurment and integration.   Mr. Juliano received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.

Robert Kramer
Vice President, Working Capital Products & Solutions

Mr. Kramer is responsible for the design, delivery and management of PrimeRevenue’s Supply Chain Finance programs worldwide. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Mr. Kramer served as Chief Strategy Officer for Think Tools AG, a publicly traded Swiss-based provider of business intelligence software. In addition, he has held positions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Intelisys, Inc., where he also was the Chairman of the Board of Intelisys Australasia. Prior to Intelisys, Mr. Kramer held Vice President positions at JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kramer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

David Quillian
Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Quillian is responsible for all aspects of PrimeRevenue’s legal affairs. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, David was General Counsel at Harbor Payments, Inc., an EIPP and EBPP provider, and directed Harbor’s legal affairs and human resources group up to the point of the firm’s acquisition by American Express in December 2006. Prior to joining Harbor Payments, Mr. Quillian was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Magnet Communications, Inc. a provider of outsourced cash management and funds transfer applications to financial institutions. Mr. Quillian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, as well as J.D.and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia.

Eric Riddle
Vice President, Global Sales

Mr. Riddle is responsible for PrimeRevenue's worldwide sales efforts. With nearly 20 years of experience in the application software and technology arena, Mr. Riddle most recently served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Business Development and International Operations at Avotus Corporation. Prior to joining Avotus, Mr. Riddle was Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Think Tools, AG, responsible for all sales and consulting related activities for the company. Mr. Riddle also held Senior Executive positions with FreeMarkets, Inc., Metiom (formerly Intelisys), Inc., as well as Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Inc. Mr. Riddle studied Business Management at the University of Connecticut.
