PrimeRevenue Bolsters Leadership With New CEO
Paul Jeffrey “PJ” Bain Takes Helm, Joe Juliano Continues Board-Level Role

ATLANTA, August 7, 2009 – PrimeRevenue, the leading provider of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions, announced the appointment of Paul Jeffrey “PJ” Bain as Chief Executive Officer. Joe Juliano will continue his contribution to PrimeRevenue as an active member of the board of directors.

PJ brings to PrimeRevenue a proven track record of success in leading organizations to next-level performance and growth. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, he held a number of executive-level positions in technology and supply chain organizations. Most recently, he was the VP and General Manager of Exact Software, a leading global provider of business software solutions, where he was the senior executive responsible for operations throughout North America and Latin America, directing an organization of over 350 individuals. Prior to his tenure at Exact, PJ was founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an award winning firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, and was later acquired by Exact. He also led numerous acquisitions, co-founded several successful technology companies, and served as interim CEO for technology companies in transition. PJ received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
