Overview

PrimeRevenue is the leading provider of open platform SCF solutions.  An open platform allows multiple banks to participate directly in a buyer’s SCF program.  Compared to proprietary bank technology platforms, an open platform allows the buying organization to customize an SCF program to their unique objectives and the unique needs of their supply chain, giving the buyer control over their SCF program rather than ceding control to a lead bank.  This greatly enhances the buyer’s ability to achieve their objectives and also speeds SCF program implementation.

A proprietary bank platform managed by a lead bank necessarily limits an SCF program to the geographies and/or types of suppliers the lead bank chooses to fund.  A proprietary platform also operates by a single set of rules and processes which slows supplier rollout and limits supplier participation.  With an open, multi-bank platform you can ensure that you get the best bank for each aspect of your SCF program.  This drives best practices across banks, improves the scalability and sustainability of your SCF program, increases supplier penetration, speeds supplier rollout and maximizes SCF benefits.

For the Buyer side of the transaction, our solution is integrated directly to your ERP financial system - there is no change to your existing invoice management or approval processes. For the Supplier it's even easier, as our solution is deployed in a web browser environment - no software to install, no difficult training effort. Most users are able to view receivables and make trades after a simple 30-minute online training session. And reporting capabilities make integration to back-end accounting systems complete. For the demands of more complex, high volume Supplier deployments, integration services are available.

Flexible solution design. The PrimeRevenue solution allows is flexible enough to support a wide variety of Supply Chain Finance deployment types on the Buyer side, including multiple funding, legal and settlement options.
