PrimeRevenue offers advisory and implementation services to help drive the achievement of Buyer objectives for its Supply Chain Finance (SCF) program for the Buyer's benefit and the benefit of key Suppliers in its supply chain.
Before and after program launch, our Working Capital Solutions group identifies opportunities for value by thoroughly reviewing supplier spend.
Program implementation is achieved through the efforts of three groups:
- PrimeRevenue Enablement Services consists of Global Program Managers (GPMs) who act as the principal point of contact between the Buyer organization and PrimeRevenue and is tasked with overall program success after launch.
- Business Operations team ensures a smooth and successful technical implementation, and post-implementation support for Buyers, their Suppliers and Financial Institution(s) providing liquidity in the program.
- Supplier Solutions Team works in a coordinated fashion with Buyer finance, treasury and procurement organizations to liaise with suppliers and, potentially, supplier's existing financial providers to ensure that program deployment best fits a supplier's financing needs and pre-enrolment requirements.
