Additionally, we’ve developed a comprehensive, end-to end implementation program for Buyer and Supplier program rollout: the PrimeRevenue Enablement Process (PREP). We work hand-in-hand with our Clients to determine the most effective and streamlined rollout approach to maximize participation, minimize disruption and ensure the success of the implementation.
