F.W. (Bill) Hulse, IV – Chairman, Board of Directors
F.W. (Bill) Hulse, IV is co-founder, Chairman and principal shareholder of PrimeRevenue, Inc. and Prime Factors, Inc. He is also a Principal of River Capital, an Atlanta based Private Equity Firm which he co-founded in 1984. Before River Capital, Mr. Hulse was President and Chairman of Hangar One, Inc., a company that he owned and sold to Beech Aircraft in 1983. Mr. Hulse was also the owner of Aviation Supply Company, which he sold to Piedmont Airlines in 1983.

Mr. Hulse was formerly Chairman of American Beechcraft Company and a Director of Fuqua Enterprises, Inc. and numerous privately held companies. In addition, Mr. Hulse has served as Chairman of General Hardware Company and Piedmont Aviation Services, Inc., both of which were River Capital portfolio companies.

Mr. Hulse served on the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia Alumni Association, the Board of the World President's Organization, and the Board of Trustees of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a member of several business and civic organizations including the Atlanta Rotary Club, the International Business Fellows and served as International President of the Young President's Organization.

Mr. Hulse received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from the Harvard Business School.

James D. Robinson III – Board of Directors

Mr. Robinson is presently a co-founder and General Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, a private information technology venture investment firm. Mr. Robinson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company from 1977 to 1993. Prior to that, he held several executive positions within American Express, was a general partner with White Weld & Co., and served as Assistant to the Chairman and President of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company.

Mr. Robinson is a Director of the Coca-Cola Company, and Novell, Inc. He also serves on the board of Visiprise, a private company.

Mr. Robinson is a member of the Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Committee for Economic Development. He is Honorary Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center; an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution; and Chairman Emeritus of the World Travel and Tourism Council. Mr. Robinson served as Co-Chairman of the Business Roundtable and as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations.

Mr. Robinson has a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University.

Roger Lee – Board of Directors

Mr. Lee is a partner at Battery Ventures and focuses on the software, consumer Internet and digital media markets. Roger is currently a board member at Friendster, Peerflix and PrimeRevenue and he was a board observer at Neoteris prior to its acquisition by NetScreen.

Before joining Battery, Roger spent ten years as an entrepreneur and operator. Most recently, he was a co-founder of Corio, a leading managed service provider that was acquired by IBM. At Corio, Roger oversaw all business development activities and later became a General Manager of the eCommerce business unit. Prior to Corio, Roger was the Manager of Internet Products at Edify Corporation. Roger was also the co-founder and President of NetMarket, an online consumer Internet service that was acquired by Cendant Corporation.

Mr. Lee graduated with distinction from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Alan J. Dabbiere – Board of Directors
Alan J. Dabbiere is currently President of Pegasys Inc., a privately held investment company. Previously Mr. Dabbiere was founder of Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ:MANH), a supply chain execution software company, and served as President and CEO from 1990 through 1999, and Chairman of the Board from 2000 through 2003. Prior to that Mr. Dabbiere was employed by Kurt Salmon Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in consumer products manufacturing and retailing. Mr. Dabbiere was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and has been active with Georgia Tech, Emory University, United Way, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and numerous other industry and charitable organizations.

Mr. Dabbiere has a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry and an MBA from Indiana University.

Richard C. Cook – Board of Directors
Mr. Cook served as a Director, and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAPICS, Inc. (NASDAQ/NM: MAPX) from its spinoff from IBM in 1993 until 2005. As CEO he was responsible for leading the company to become a $173 million revenue business by year-end 2004, with over 10,000 active customer sites using the applications in 19 languages in over 70 countries around the world.  Prior to his tenure with MAPICS, Mr. Cook was an executive with the IBM Corporation in a career that spanned 25 years, during which he held senior management positions in Information Technology, Production Control, Quality Assurance, Plant Engineering, and Purchasing, and where he directed the Boca Raton site operations team during the introduction of the IBM Personal Computer.

Mr. Cook earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University and he is currently a member of the Goizueta Business School Advisory Board at Emory University. Mr. Cook brings extensive China-based supply chain knowledge  having served as chairman of the board of the American Electronics Association where he lead groups of executives on trade missions to China, as well as having managed the MAPICS subsidiary doing business in China. Additionally, he has served on numerous boards of non-profit organizations such as the United Way, Urban League, and YMCA.

Joseph Juliano - Board of Directors
As Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of PrimeRevenue, Mr. Juliano is responsible for the company's overall corporate direction and performance. He brings a wealth of business, industry and management experience to the company, including executive-level positions with Ariba, Inc., the world's leading spend management solutions provider, FreeMarkets, Inc., Intelisys, Inc., a B2B procurement technology company (where he also served on the company's Australiasia Board of Directors) and supply chain provider Telesis Software.

Mr. Juliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
