
Joseph Juliano
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors
of PrimeRevenue, Mr. Juliano is responsible for the company's
overall corporate direction and performance. He brings a
wealth of business, industry and management experience to
the company, including executive-level positions with Ariba,
Inc., the world's leading spend management solutions provider;
FreeMarkets, Inc., Intelisys, Inc., a B2B procurement technology
company (where he also served on the company's Australasia
Board of Directors), and supply chain provider Telesis Software.
Mr. Juliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster
College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
from the University of Pittsburgh.

William H. MacPhail
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Mr. MacPhail holds primary
responsibility for the development, delivery, and operational
management of PrimeRevenue's supplier finance, payables presentment
and settlement solutions, as well as executive responsibility
for product management, quality assurance and application
software development. Mr. MacPhail brings 22 years' experience
in the payments transaction business, principally with Global
Payments and related companies. Mr. MacPhail holds a Master
of Science in Computer Science, and Bachelor of Science in
Agriculture Economics and Business, both from Mississippi
State University, as well as a Master of Science in Executive
Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eugene Buckley
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
As Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Mr. Buckley focuses
on expanding the organizations products and services throughout
the region. He is responsible for managing all aspects of
Asia Pacific operations, including sales, marketing and
business
development activities. Mr. Buckley has over 20 years experience
in the financial sector and technology industries, logging
experience with prestigious companies such as Dow Jones Telerate
and JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Buckley worked for JP Morgan Chase
in their working capital and transactional division and was
seconded to establish and successfully grow the Chase Manhattan
JV, Intelisys in Australia. He was also instrumental in the
establishment and successful growth of Qvalent, a subsidiary
of Westpac Bank, delivering accounts receivable outsourcing
and procurement solutions. Prior to entering the financial
markets, Mr. Buckley established a successful business in
Australia providing network security, virus protection and
software duplication services.

Emmanuel Cuvillier
Vice President and General Manager, Europe
As Vice President and General Manager for Europe, Mr. Cuvillier
focuses on expanding the organization's products and services
throughout the region. He is responsible for managing all
aspects of European operations, including sales, marketing
and business development activities. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue,
he was Director of Strategic Account Sales, Europe at Ariba.
Mr. Cuvillier has also spearheaded a start-up called CD. Network,
was Strategic Business Unit Manager & Divisional Sales
Manager, EMEA for Ingersoll-Rand, and held various sales,
strategic planning, business management and finance positions
with Rhodia (US and Europe) and Total (South Africa). He holds
a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from
Paris University Assas and an MBA degree in International
Business from Paris University Dauphine.

Steve Gaylor
Vice President, Operations
Steve
Gaylor's responsibilities at PrimeRevenue include all customer-facing
operations including Customer Support, Trading Community Enablement,
and Training. Steve's 15 year career includes positions with
Harbinger, Peregrine Systems, and Texas Instruments. Mr. Gaylor
has marketed, sold, managed, implemented and supported a number
of e-commerce and B2B enablement products. A delegate to the
United Nations Working Party for International Trade Facilitation,
Mr. Gaylor participated in the development of the UN/EDIFACT
trade data standard.

Dan Juliano
Vice President, Business Development
As
Vice President of Business Development Dan Juliano is responsible
for overseeing business development and alliance functions
for the Company's Supply Chain Finance offering. Mr. Juliano
brings years of business development experience relating to
ERP, supply chain management, eProcurement and integration
technology. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue Mr. Juliano worked
at webMethods in business development. Mr. Juliano has also
held management positions at Intelisys, an eprocurement provider,
and Telesis Software, an ERP/Supply Chain Management solution.
Mr. Juliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Pittsburgh.

Robert Kramer Vice President, Working
Capital Solutions
As Vice President of Working Capital Solutions, Robert Kramer
is responsible for the strategic development and direction
of the working capital solutions group. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue,
Mr. Kramer served as Chief Strategy Officer for Think Tools
AG, a publicly traded Swiss-based provider of business intelligence
software. In addition, he held positions as Senior Vice President
of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Intelisys,
Inc., where he also was the Chairman of the Board of Intelisys
Australasia and held Vice President positions at JP Morgan
Chase and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kramer received a BS degree from
Cornell University and an MBA from New York University's Stern
School of Business.

Peter Lugli
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President, Marketing, Peter Lugli is responsible for marketing and communications, and leads the PrimeRevenue Enablement Services team tasked with buyer program management and supplier sales and marketing. Mr. Lugli joined PrimeRevenue from e-marketplace provider Quadrem where he led marketing and business development and developed that company's first financial services offering. Mr. Lugli has held positions in law, business and government. In government, he served as Chief of Staff to Canada's Minister of International Trade, and Senior Special Advisor to the Minister of Justice for Canada. Mr. Lugli holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree from the University of Ottawa and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor.

David Quillian
General Counsel
As General Counsel, David is responsible for all aspects of PrimeRevenue’s legal affairs. He brings a wealth of legal and financial services technology experience to the company. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, David was General Counsel at Harbor Payments, Inc., an EIPP and EBPP provider, and directed Harbor’s legal affairs and human resources group up to the point of the firm’s acquisition by American Express in December 2006. Before joining Harbor Payments, David was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Magnet Communications, Inc. a provider of outsourced cash management and funds transfer applications to financial institutions, through its acquisition by Digital Insight Corporation (now part of Intuit). David holds B.A. degrees in History and Economics from Duke University, as well as J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia, where he graduated with distinction.
