PrimeRevenue Announces Appointment of Joseph Juliano as
Chief Executive Officer

ATLANTA, GA – February 8, 2005 – PrimeRevenue Inc., a leader in financial supply chain solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Joseph Juliano as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Mr. Juliano held a number of executive-level positions in related technology and supply chain organizations. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Ariba Inc., the world’s leading spend management solution company, where he had responsibility for the company’s North American Sales and Service revenues. His other previous experience includes senior management positions at FreeMarkets Inc. and Intelisys Inc., a B2B procurement technology company, where he also served on the company’s Australiasia Board of Directors. Mr. Juliano also held both Chief Operating Officer and executivelevel Sales positions with supply chain software provider Telesis Software.
