Supply Chain Finance Leader PrimeRevenue Retains Top Legal Counsel
David Quillian brings exceptional legal background, payment industry expertise to SCF leader

As General Counsel, David is responsible for all aspects of PrimeRevenue’s legal affairs. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, David was General Counsel at Harbor Payments and directed Harbor’s legal affairs and human resources up to the point of the firm’s acquisition by American Express in December 2006. Before joining Harbor Payments, David was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Magnet Communications, Inc., a provider of outsourced cash management and funds transfer applications to financial institutions. David holds B.A. degrees in History and Economics from Duke University, as well as J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia, where he graduated with distinction.
